What Happens After You Hit Send
Your request lands directly with our scheduling team — not a call center, not a lead-resale service. We read what you sent, flag anything that needs clarifying, and come back with a flat, all-inclusive quote: instruction, travel, materials, cards, and the records package, one number. No per-student surprise math, and no price published until we understand the work, because a forklift class for six operators on one shift is a different day than eighteen operators across three.
Once you approve, we lock dates around your production schedule — nights, weekends, and split sessions included — and the instructor arrives with everything the class needs. Rosters, certificates, wallet cards, and evaluation forms come back to you when the training closes, formatted to drop straight into your safety file.
What to Include for the Fastest Quote
- The course — or just the problem. “OSHA 30 for four supers” works. So does “GC says everyone needs cards by March.” We’ll map the requirement either way.
- Head count and shifts. How many people, and whether they work days, nights, or rotate — it drives the session plan more than anything else.
- The site. City and state is enough to price travel; the full address can wait until scheduling.
- The deadline driver. An audit date, a project mobilization, an insurance renewal — if something’s forcing the calendar, tell us and we’ll work backward from it.
- Anything unusual. Bilingual delivery, a mixed construction/general-industry roster, equipment quirks, badging requirements for secure facilities.
