Information You Provide
When you request a quote or contact us through this site, we collect what you type into the form: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of the training you need. That information goes into our customer-relationship system (Zoho Bigin) and our email so we can respond to you. Providing it is voluntary — you can always call us at (252) 274-0583 instead.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, and approximate location derived from IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. Our hosting provider (SiteGround) also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes; to schedule and deliver training services; to create and maintain the training records employers hire us to produce; to follow up on your request; and to understand and improve how this website performs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Training Records
Our training is booked by employers. When your employer sponsors your training, course completion records — rosters, test results, evaluation sheets, and cards — are provided to that employer as part of the service, and we retain copies as compliance documentation. These records exist specifically so they can be produced for OSHA, insurers, and auditors.
Cookies and Analytics Choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. If you prefer not to be measured by Google Analytics anywhere on the web, Google offers a free browser opt-out add-on.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers that make this site and our business run: Google (analytics), Zoho (customer-relationship management), and SiteGround (website hosting). Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments. Beyond that, we disclose information only if required by law — for example, a lawful subpoena — or to protect the safety and rights of our people and clients.
Retention
Inquiry and quote information is kept as long as we have a business reason to keep it. Training records are retained longer by design — they are compliance documentation that employers and regulators may need years after the class.
Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@3psafety.net or calling (252) 274-0583. We honor applicable state privacy laws. If you ask us to delete information that is part of an employer’s training record, we will explain what must be retained for compliance and remove the rest.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for employers arranging workplace training. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If you give us your mobile number, 3P Safety may text you about your request, quotes, scheduling, training classes and inspections. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Message frequency varies.
